Further developers have employed our services to represented them in negotiations where they have provided indemnities to local authorities for adjustments to adopted highways. During 2004 Bute Surveyors were the lead consultant in successfully defending at Lands Tribunal a block of claims submitted by a considerable number of owners under the provisions of the Land Compensation Act 1973 Part 1.
