The principal of Bute Surveyors, Andrew M Lewis, is dual qualified as a Chartered Surveyor and Chartered Arbitrator. He is also an Accredited Mediator (ADR & CEDR).

• RICS President’s panel of Arbitrators for rent review, service charge & dilapidations disputes
• RICS President’s panel of Independent Experts for rent review disputes
• RICS President’s panel of Mediators
• Chartered Institute of Arbitrators Panel of Arbitrators
• National House Building Council Panel of Arbitrators
• Surveyors Arbitration Scheme 2003 for resolution of complaints and claims against chartered surveyors, as administered by the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
• Law Society panel of Surveyor Arbitrators

In addition Andrew accepts direct appointments from parties in his role as arbitrator, independent expert or mediator, tailoring the service to the parties’ requirements, having regard to the costs of resolution, and the amount or issue in dispute.
